Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your enrolment in and use of Inferis educational programmes and materials. Please read them carefully before registering.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or registering for any Inferis programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.

These terms apply to all learners, visitors, and any other person who accesses or uses Inferis services in any capacity. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms as they exist at the time of access.

02

Eligibility

Our programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

Inferis programmes are designed for personal educational development. They are not formal academic qualifications. Completion of a programme indicates participation and engagement with the learning materials — it does not confer any academic credential or professional licence.

03

Enrolment and Access

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or agreed partial payment where applicable). Access to course materials, cohort sessions, or programme resources is provided following enrolment confirmation.

Programme access is personal and non-transferable. Your login credentials and materials are for your individual use only and must not be shared with third parties.

Inferis reserves the right to adjust programme schedules, session timings, or material content where operationally necessary, providing reasonable notice to enrolled learners. The substance of the programme will be preserved.

04

Payments and Fees

All programme fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required in full prior to commencement unless a structured payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Fees are subject to change. Any price adjustments apply to new enrolments only and do not affect participants who have already registered and paid for a programme.

Payment receipts are issued upon successful processing and serve as your confirmation of enrolment.

05

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests submitted at least 7 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable processing fees. Requests submitted after this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once access to learning materials has been granted and the programme has commenced, refunds are generally not available except where there is a demonstrable failure on Inferis's part to deliver the programme as described.

All refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 working days.

06

Learner Conduct

We ask all participants to engage with the learning environment respectfully and constructively. This includes interactions with instructors, mentors, and fellow learners in any cohort or feedback setting.

Behaviour that disrupts the learning environment, infringes on the rights of others, or constitutes harassment, discrimination, or misuse of shared spaces may result in suspension or removal from the programme without refund.

Learners are responsible for maintaining their own progress and engagement with the programme materials. Inferis is not responsible for outcomes arising from non-participation or disengagement.

07

Intellectual Property

All course materials, reading packs, workbooks, exercises, and programme content are the intellectual property of Inferis or their respective authors. They are provided solely for the personal educational use of enrolled learners.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared publicly without prior written consent from Inferis. This applies to digital materials, written documents, and any recordings where applicable.

Work produced by learners as part of programme exercises — including notebooks, portfolios, and written reflections — remains the property of the learner.

08

Disclaimers

Inferis programmes are educational in scope. We do not make representations about specific outcomes, employment results, or professional advancement arising from participation. Learning outcomes vary between individuals and depend on many factors outside our control.

Our programmes do not confer formal academic qualifications, degrees, or professional accreditations. Any certificates of completion issued are records of participation, not formal credentials.

Content within our programmes reflects the state of knowledge at the time of preparation. The field of AI evolves. We update materials where possible, but we cannot warrant that all content reflects the most current developments at any given moment.

09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Inferis's total liability to any learner shall not exceed the fees paid by that learner for the relevant programme.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in or inability to access our programmes, including any loss of data or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10

Termination of Access

Inferis may suspend or terminate access to programme materials if a learner is found to be in breach of these terms, particularly relating to conduct, intellectual property, or misuse of materials. In such cases, refunds will not generally be available.

Learners who wish to withdraw from a programme voluntarily should notify us in writing. Early withdrawal does not automatically entitle a learner to a refund unless the conditions in the refund section above are met.

11

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For participants currently enrolled in a programme, material changes will be communicated directly.

Your continued use of this website or participation in a programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in Inferis programmes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
